  • If pre-ordered then orders are processed within 30 days
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries.
  • International orders typically take 7-14 business days to arrive depending on the destination.
  • Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply in your country.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order using the provided link to get updates on your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

  • At this time, we do not ship to Russia, China, Brazil, Ukraine, Egypt, Libya, Yemen.

Missing or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at Starmetics@gmail.com soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
  • If the package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with your local carrier and contact us for assistance.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address. If an incorrect address is provided, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
